Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Top level Frontend & backend Developer with in-depth understanding in Node.js and Angular to head the development of ability to scale, high-effectiveness web apps. The preferred candidate will merge practical coding competencies with architectural thinking, training capabilities, and the capability to operate in sophisticated, dynamic environments. This position requires a firm knowledge of fullstack development, cloud environments, modular, independently deployable services, and modern Development-operations procedures.

Engineering guidance:

• Offer technical direction and guidance to entry-level and intermediate developers.
• Head code assessments, ensure adherence to industry standards, and ensure high engineering guidelines.
• Support to architectural decisions, technical roadmaps, and system scalability.

Partnership & Dispatch:

• Collaborate with PMs, UI/UX professionals, and Quality assurance teams to supply strong goods.
• Engage in Nimble/Scrum methods—sprint organizing, standups, retrospectives.
• Guarantee promptness dispatch of capabilities and product releases.

System Reliability & Guard:

• Execute guard guidelines across applications and integrations.
• Set up supervising, data recording, and warning for application reliability.
• Enhance applications for effectiveness, scalability, and fault tolerance.

Credentials

• Bsc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field (MSC or qualifications is a plus).
• 7+ years of industry experience in frontend & backend software development.
• Robust competence in Node.js, Express.js, Angular 10+, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Practical experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modular, independently deployable services architecture.
• Competence in cloud channels (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Development-operations procedures.
• Established history of top teams or supporting to large-scale, high-traffic applications.
