Job Description

Generation Technologist leads generation optimization to optimize hydrocarbon recovery while making sure safe, productive, and maintainable processes.
The position delivers engineering guidance in well effectiveness, artificial lift, sand regulate, well honesty and reliability, and stimulation, while supporting the adoption of creative technical solutions and industry standards.
By operating closely with reservoir, drilling, and processes teams, the technologist ensures generation plans are in sync with business targets to improve asset effectiveness and long-term value formation.

Formulate well models to simulate reservoir conduct and forecast generation effectiveness.
Carry out sensitivity evaluation and assess different scenarios to enhance the well effectiveness.
Collaborate with reservoir engineers to combine well models into reservoir management plans.

Execute nodal evaluation to assess pressure drop, flow rates, and other critical parameters in generation operational structures.
Recognize bottlenecks and optimization avenues in the generation network.
Endorse initiatives to improve generation and optimize asset value.

Help in project organizing, planning, and implementation to guarantee on-time completion of achievements.
Organize with internal participants and external associates to align project goals and key focuses.
Track milestone tracking, recognize risks, and execute risk reduction plans to attain project targets.
