Position Overview

The Top level Interior Architect is in charge of top the innovative, technical, and executional components of interior design projects from idea to finalization. The position requires joining architectural expertise with interior design proficiency to produce operational, aesthetic, and corporate identity-in sync spaces. The Top level Interior Architect will supervise design teams, coordinate with customers, work alongside the showroom and furniture production operations units, and ensure premium quality project dispatch within timelines and financial plans.

Team lead & Guidance:

• Oversee entry-level architects, UI/UX professionals, and internship, offering direction, response, and training.
• Evaluate and authorize design outputs from the team to guarantee precision and quality.
• Promote an environment that fosters creativeness, partnership, and ongoing development inside the design department.

Quality & Adherence:

• Verify that every designs adhere with building codes, safety rules, and industry guidelines.
• Carry out inspection procedures on design implementation, materials, and finishes.
• Oversee financial plans and timelines to supply projects within scope.

Credentials & Competencies

• Bachelor’s or MSC in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
• A member of a professional body and registration (e.g., ARCON, NIA, or equivalent) preferred.
• At least 7–10 years of progressive design expertise, with a minimum of 3 years in a top level/executive function.
• Robust project sample presenting competence in high-end residential, business-related, and bespoke interior projects.
• Competence in creative applications (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Adobe Innovative Suite).
• Expertise in materials, finishes, lighting design, and furniture outlining.
• Robust project coordination competencies – capability to oversee various projects at the same time.
• Outstanding customer-facing, information exchange, and public speaking.
• Creativeness, creative invention, and meticulousness.
