Position Overview

• This role aids the productive process of the warehouse by managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts and consumables
• Ensures precise document-keeping, updating of bin cards, proper labelling, and safe managing of materials while preserving inventory company and cleanliness
• Helps with stock counts, observes inventory levels, and issuance of materials to guarantee prompt accessibility of spares necessary for servicing & maintenance initiatives.

Position Description

• Help in receiving, unloading, and checking incoming goods and materials.
• Precisely label, store, and arrange stock in appointed bin sites in the warehouse 
• Help the warehouse officer in routine cycle count and settle discrepancies
• Pick, pack, and organize items for dispatch in line with dispatch plans.
• Execute SAP checks and settle discrepancies between physical inventory and schedule records
• Help in formation of warehouse buy requisitions in SAP
• Preserve inventory records and modify stock management operational structures.
• Carry out standard procedure inventory checks and documentation discrepancies to Warehouse manager
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence with safety guidelines.
• Any other obligations that may be allocated by management.

Qualifications

At least Entry to 5 years of expertise. CIPS – Finished level 4
