You’ll be operating in a small team of between 2-5 people (relying on the size of your centre) so you should possess background of operating independently. Technology:

We use a range of operational structures and technology in our centres, so you’ll need to possess a proficient in basic IT bundles which includes MS Workspace. We will train you the rest.
