Job Description

As a Top level Feature lead for the lending division, you will be a key driver in shaping the plan and roadmap for our lending goods.
You will be in charge of conceptualizing and carrying out a product aspiration that aligns with our organisation's targets and client needs.
This position requires a strong insight of lending procedures, financial technology market trends, and the unique hurdles and avenues show in the African market.

Work alongside cross-operational teams, which includes Engineering, Growth, Design, Data Science, Risk and Processes, to produce a complete and achievable product roadmap
Routinely evaluate and enhance the roadmap to adjust to market forces, client response, and business key focuses
Possess the capability to brutally prioritise based on recognized and accepted on targets

Bsc in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a relevant field. A MSC will be an added advantage
At least 5 years of expertise as a Feature lead, in the lending industry, ideally inside the financial technology sector
Deep understanding of lending goods and solutions, which includes buyer and small business lending, credit scoring models, and risk evaluation
Proven expertise in conceptualizing and initiating successful financial technology goods
Robust logical and analytics-based strategic judgment competencies
Understanding with the Nigerian and African financial technology markets and an comprehension of local client preferences and actions is a incentive but not crucial
Outstanding executive guidance and verbal abilities with the capability to work alongside productively with cross-operational teams
Expertise in coordinating and inspiring top-performing cross-functional teams
