Primary duties

• Sales Superiority: Lead sales increase by proactively introducing and closing sales additional M-KOPA goods to current clients. Execute efficient sales methods to attain and exceed marketing transformation and sales targets.
• Client Relation: Build and preserve solid connections with clients to promote commitment. Manage questions, matters, and objections competently and promptly.
• Quality benchmarks: Preserve high call quality benchmarks by supplying precise and finalize information to clients.
• Productivity Targets: Meet anticipated talk time and call managing benchmarks while coordinating engagements productively to attain routine and on a weekly basis targets.
• Response and Status updates: Preserve precise records of client engagements and offer consistent response to the Telesales Team supervisor on marketing advancement.
