Duties
- Allocate and organize the electrical design drawings to the BIM/CAD organizer and evaluate the shop drawings’ technical and quality components before entry
- Produce complete system failure for the project electrical scope of work divided into LV and ELV, then to subdivide each down into 3 phases, 1st, 2nd, and concluding fix in order to produce the materials submittal timetable in correspondence with the project implementation phases.
- To check in with materials submittals till finalization and upon authorization to generate the quantity takeoff with or without the PMO engineer in charge based on the task volume but it possesses always to be under your direction.
- The client engagement with the materials takeoff should proceed till the order is placed and the buying request possesses been issued
- To support to procurement various quotations for attractive materials cost that can still preserve respectable and acceptable quality, and to generate cost evaluation with and without the PMO engineers based on the work requirement
- Assisting the Mar&Mor design team occasionally based on their need
- To participate and offer assistance with technical and advancement sessions based on requirement for on-hand projects
Qualifications
- Bsc in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of expertise as a Electrical systems engineer in an MEP negotiating environment.
- Competence in AutoCAD, Revit, and widely adopted resources.
- Solid understanding of MEPF operational structures.
