Chief Accountabilities
- Support to the design and execution of site development strategies, combining geological data to endorse drilling sites and plans to optimize generation and reservoir effectiveness.
- Execute reservoir characterization studies to evaluate geological and well data, which includes log and seismic data to produce thorough geological models that improve comprehension of reservoir architecture and conduct.

- Build teamwork between the Subsurface team and other departments (e.g., Facilities, Well Engineering, processes) to guarantee that every facet of reservoir development and optimization are executed.
- Offer guidance and technical direction to assistant geologists, technical and subsurface teams.
- Head generation geology programs, making sure compliance to industry standards and premium quality guidelines.
- Work alongside reservoir engineers, petrophysicists, generation technologists, and other technical teams to guarantee that geological components of projects are approximately financed and resourced.
- Supervise vendor connections connected with geological solutions (e.g., seismic service providers, software and data vendors) to guarantee agreements are cost-efficient and in line with the project financial plan.
