Job Description

Formulate the entire events plan for The Plug, aligning with business targets, cultural trendsand corporate identity strategic collaborations.
Head organizing and implementation of high-profile events which includes concerts, activations, and experiential marketing.
Oversee comprehensive event generation: idea development, financial planning, manpower planning, logistics, licenses, guard and vendor management.
Work alongside internal departments (innovative, skilled and promotion) to bring creative thoughts to life.
Build and oversee a network of vendors, agencies and generation associates.
Head a team of event managers and planners pushing timelines, responsibility and quality.
Ensure smooth on-ground implementation and visitor expertise from pre-generation to event system failure.
Stay forward of worldwide event practices, technical solutions, and buyer experiences to keep The Plug forward of the curve.

Interested applicants should have a Bachelor`s Academic qualification with 5 - 7 years work expertise.
Specialist in event organizing, logistics, venue management and event implementation.
Capability to oversee financial plans, timelines, contractsand multi-vendor synchronization.
Robust capability to oversee artists, corporate identity delegates and agency associates.
Cozy managing on-ground processes and crisis solution.
Outstanding at composing event strategies, running cost sheets and generation plans.
