Job Description
Primary goal
Implement, according to hygienic guidelines, room maintenance services, cleaning and tiding up initiatives in order to guarantee public and employees private zones are in good requirement.
Role summary Routine:
- Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets and other guest accommodations by brushing and moping.
- Cleaning and tidy-up tables; coffee table, dining table, kitchen table and cooker, etc.
- To launch windows in the morning and close them in the evening.
- To organize meals for lunch and dinner as ordered.
- To baby sit and take care of the child as ordered.
- Laundry, drying and ironing
Every month:
- To wash curtain every 3 months.
- To wash duvet every month if not using duvet cover, and every 3 months if using duvet cover.
- To wash sofa, pillowcase.
Others:
- Keep premises properly locked (doors, windows) when departing the house.
- To guarantee appliances are off and secure before departing the house, washing machine, dryer, fan, stove, etc.
- To documentation if there is a servicing & maintenance problem need to be done either by workspace or by estate servicing & maintenance
- To documentation if crucial goods for cleaning is finished.
- To guarantee material properly clean and store for the next use
Qualifications
- Education: None is essential, preferred literacy
- Expertise: Previous work expertise as a janitor and babysitter necessary
- Languages: Crucial, local language expertise.
- Knowing basic English is essential
- Computer Expertise: Literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
