SAP Top level Advisor, Quality Evaluate at Dangote Industries Limited in India (Hyderabad)

Position Overview

• The SAP Sr. Advisor Quality Evaluate to join Dangote SAP Dispatch Center in India. Evaluate methods for SAP implementations, upgrades, and upgrades.
• The preferred candidate will possess a solid experience in SAP operational structures, standards oversight, and project dispatch.
• This position includes top a team excellent quality analysts, making sure adherence with industry standards, and supplying premium quality SAP initiatives that meet organizational needs.
• The SAP Quality Evaluate Head will work alongside cross-operational teams to recognize risks, settle concerns, and ensure the on-time completion of SAP projects.

Risk and Problem resolution:

• Recognize, evaluate, and minimize risks connected with SAP project dispatch.
• Track and settle quality-associated concerns, making sure prompt escalation and solution.
• Offer consistent status status reports on quality indicators, risks, and concerns to project participants.

Workflow optimization:

• Constantly assess and enhance standard guarantee methods and resources.
• Execute industry standards for SAP standards oversight and running test.
• Advance a quality and ongoing development culture inside the team and company.

Participant Partnership:

• Work alongside SAP operational and technical teams, business participants, and external vendors to guarantee alignment on quality targets.
• Coordinate workshops and sessions to evaluate quality outputs and acquire participant signoffs.
• Serve as a trusted consultant to PMs and corporate decision-makers on quality-associated matters.
• The Quality assurance Head shall serve as the Audit Communication link between the CoE and the Audit Operation (Internal & External)

Team Development:

• Train and mentor team members on QA industry standards and SAP proficiency.
• Carry out effectiveness reviews and offer input to team members.
• Recognize development needs and assist career advancement avenues.

Qualifications Education:

Bsc in Information Tech, Computer Science, Business Management, or a relevant field. A MSC is desirable.

Expertise:

• 8+ years of expertise in SAP Quality Advisor.
• Sound Expertise and application of any of the IT Regulate & Quality benchmarks which includes COSO, COBIT 2019, ISO 27001 Frameworks, etc
• Very Good Expertise in System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Positions of the Quality assurance Head
• Good comprehension of SAP Industry standards
• Test Management & Adjustment Request Managing using resources which includes SAP Initiative Manager (SolMan)
• Skilled in Issue Investigative, Defect Management & Root Cause Evaluation
• Skilled in Compliance, Risk & Adherence (GRC) – Making sure compliance to SAP guard and adherence
• Moderate Audit, Regulate & Quality benchmarks expertise.

Competencies:

• Effective guidance and team lead competencies, with the capability to motivate and motivate teams.
• Clear articulation and people skills, with the capability to operate productively with participants at all levels.
• Robust logical and analytical abilities, with a concentration on supplying outcomes.
• Competence in SAP technical solutions and resources, which includes SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Channels.

Qualifications:

SAP qualifications in applicable modules or initiatives (SAP S/4HANA) are highly preferred. Accreditation in any of the items listed is critical: CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, ITIL.
