Position Overview

A specialist English instructor is needed to train a 17-year-old Chinese girl who struggles with the English language. Lessons will be executed physically (not virtual), so the instructor must be accessible for in-person sessions.

Duties Tutoring:

• Offer personalized English language guidance tailored to the student’s learning needs and targets.
• Concentration on reading, drafting, speaking, and listening competencies, with an emphasis on building vocabulary and grammar.
• Utilize compelling and interactive training methods to make learning pleasant and efficient.
• Evaluate the student’s advancement routinely and modify lesson strategies as appropriate.
• Offer findings into Western culture and information exchange styles to assist the student adjust and feel more cozy in English-speaking environments.
• Promote a positive and helpful learning environment to boost the student’s trust in using English.
• Motivate the student to set and accomplish personal language targets.

Credentials

• At least MSC, majored in educational studies with 3 years of expertise.
• Competence in English (both documented and spoken).
• Previous tutoring or educational background experience, especially with ESL (English as a Second Language) students, will be an added advantage.
• Robust corporate and verbal abilities.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in assisting students triumph.
• A young woman betweenthe age bracket 32-25 years oldis preferred.
