Transaction Arranging:

The applicant must possess expertise of transaction systems, term sheets, credit and guard agreements and should be capable to productively submit application this in customer financial record.

Bond Issuance:

The Preferred candidate should comprehend the framework and application of Bonds, Fixed & Mixed Earnings goods. Is in-depth knowledge about the process for formation and issuance of Bonds and can advise customers through the various steps.

Mergers & Purchases:

The position needs for applicants to possess demonstratable expertise in M&A financial record, joint initiatives and other reorganization and good comprehension of contest law. Must be capable to oversee the process for an M&A from start to finalization.

Corporate Funding:

The successful applicant is anticipated to comprehend the different modes of Debt and Equity Funding and what systems to use in different conditions.

Due Diligence:

It is crucial that the applicant must be capable to productively carry out due diligence, oversee the due diligence process, recognize key corporate documents and material financial record, and produce thorough and finalize documentation that recognize and transparently communicates all elements of the investigative.

Key Qualifications

• LLB from a identified tertiary institution.
• B.L. from the Nigerian Law School.

• Possession of LLM or applicable qualifications is a plus.
