We are a medium-sized and competently-run Human resources advisory firm in Lagos with a strong interest in conceptualizing young, brilliant, hardworking and truthful graduates to becoming HRM experts launching as Graduate trainee (HRM).

Duties

• Participate and organize various development program.
• Strategy and implement various hiring process and development projects.
• Strategy and execute various Human resources advising projects.
• Analysis, compose and execute various Human resources proposals and projects.

Key Qualifications

• Academic qualification / Higher national diploma (At least 2.1 / Upper Credit) in OTM, Management / Community-related, Physical / Life Sciences, Humanities, Law, or Education.
• Age: 25 years (max).
• Cozy competencies in MS Workspace Suite.
• NYSC Discharged certification.
