Position Overview

The Fitness instructor will offer specialist fitness guidance, direction, and inspiration to customers, assisting them accomplish their health and wellness targets. The position includes designing personalized workout programs, top group fitness sessions, and preserving a safe, helpful development environment.

Primary duties

• Carry out fitness evaluations and formulate personalized workout strategies.
• Head compelling group fitness classes for changing fitness levels.
• Direct customers on proper exercise methods, safety, and tools use.
• Motivate and assist customers in delivering their fitness and lifestyle targets.
• Build robust customer connections to motivate retention and group spirit.
• Track gym facilities and tools, making sure cleanliness, safety, and capability.
• Stay informed with fitness practices and introduce creative development methods.
• Offer basic direction on nutrition and healthy lifestyle procedures.

Qualifications

• At least a Certification or a academic qualification in Exercise Science, Human Kinetics, or relevant field is a plus.
• Applicable fitness qualifications (Personal Development, Group Fitness Guidance, etc.).
• Candidates must reside inside the Alakija axis of Lagos State.
• Prior expertise as a Fitness instructor or Personal Trainer is a plus.
• Clear expression, interpersonal, and inspirational competencies.
• Enthusiasm for health, fitness, and assisting others accomplish their targets.
