Job Description
Duties
- Each adhoc will engage in a one day competencies standardization workshop to be arrange by Jhpiego.
- Carry out an in-field skills development of an average of 4 healthcare care workers, which would comprise of doctors, nurses and midwives.
- Carry out check in training of the prepared healthcare workers to strengthen their trust and skilled in using the newly obtained expertise and competencies.
- Carry out pre- and post-test evaluation for each of the modules of the development plan.
- Assemble and send a complete documentation of the development within 5 operating days after finalization of the development.
- Engage in a one day post-development review meeting with primary stakeholders in the state.
Outputs
Thorough and analysed pre- and post- development scores for each of the assistant for each module of the development plan. Description documentation of the development to be provided within 5 operating days of finalization of the development.
Necessary Credentials
- Registered and practicing Haematologist with a minimum of 5 years post-certification operating expertise.
- Evidence of previous and ongoing work expertise in a facility supplying CEmONC solutions.
- Evidence of previous expertise carrying out development on safe blood transfusion part of CEmONC or a similar development especially inside the final 24 months or Evidence of offering of ongoing development in haematology residency development or development of medical officers undergoing rotation in haematolopgy till date.
- Evidence of possessing current yearly practicing permit with Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
- Evidence of robust mentoring, training and facilitation competencies
- Evidence of robust logical and verbal abilities.
- Commute: Capability to commute _70%, especially to Facilities in the work site.
