Position Overview

We are looking for a initiative-driven and outcomes-driven Property Brand promoter to advance our properties and corporate identity. The preferred candidate will be in charge of producing and carrying out promotional initiatives, creating directs, coordinating customer connections, and boosting sales through both online and offline plans.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute promotion plans to advance properties and projects.
• Produce and check in on vetted prospects.
• Carry out market analysis to recognize practices, rivals, and avenues.
• Build and preserve robust customer connections to lead sales switches.
• Strategy and implement advertising events, on-site inspections, and launch houses.
• Work alongside the content and design team for efficient real estate marketing.
• Track and documentation on promotion key indicators.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Promotion, Business, Property, or a relevant field preferred.
• 2 - 5 years related experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in property promotion or relevant field.
• Solid understanding of housing market practices and client conduct.
• Clear articulation, bargain, and sales competencies.
• Capability to operate independently and accomplish set targets.
• Competence in digital promotion and social platforms marketing will be an added advantage.
