Job Description

We are seeking a specialist and vigilant Bouncer to preserve a safe, secure, and pleasant environment for guests and employees.
The Bouncer will be in charge of supervising entrances, checking IDs, directing crowd flow, managing disturbances, and making sure adherence with club rules and safety rules.
Alongside offering guard, the Bouncer serves as the first point of reach out for guests and is anticipated to preserve a specialist and approachable demeanor at all times.

Check IDs to confirm lawful drinking age and prevent entry of underage guests.
Regulate entry at entry points; ensure only approved persons gain entry.
Track visitor conduct inside and outside the premises.
De-report to higher support tier clashes, remove unruly or intoxicated guests, and ensure order is preserved.
Escort guests safely in cases of disturbance or after ejection.
Help employees in managing difficult clients competently.
Track Closed-circuit television and documentation any suspicious activity for executive review.
Ensure adherence to house regulations, health & safety rules, and lawful qualifications.
Organize with law enforcement if necessary during crises.
Offer basic first assist or crisis-management until medical staff arrive (if prepared).
Preserve a robust but approachable presence at all times.

At least SSCE / Secondary school Certification.
Prior expertise as a Bouncer, Security officer, or similar position (preferred).
Guard development or accreditation is a plus.
Basic self-defense development or martial arts profile (a plus).
Expertise in crisis-management and first assist is advantageous.
Must be physically suit, with height/power often assessed advantageous.
Robust personal honesty and reliability and reliability.
Accessibility to operate evenings, weekends, and late nights.

Situational consciousness – capability to quickly evaluate possibility risks and act decisively.
Dispute settlement & de-escalation – oversee disputes calmly without unnecessary force.
Physical fitness & power – competent of standing for long hours and managing physical interventions if necessary.
Verbal abilities – clear and specialist engagement with guests, employees, and governing bodies.
Observation competencies – remain warn to subtle signs of trouble or regulatory framework violations.
Collaboration – organize with waitstaff, bartenders, and management for smooth processes.
Competence & discretion – manage incidents without causing unnecessary disruption.
Stress management – stay calm and efficient in high-pressure environments.
