About the Project

We are building a operational MVP on Bubble for a financial technology/e-commerce plan. The operational base will highlight financial technology capability, orientation flows for merchants and clients, and live order processing with combined payments.

Primary duties

• Architect and formulate an comprehensive marketplace MVP using Bubble.io.
• Execute client flows: account registration, browsing catalog, cart, departure processing, repayment strategy simulation.
• Execute merchant flows: merchant orientation, catalog upload, order management dashboard.
• Combine third-party payment gateway (e.g., Paystack/Stripe) for live payments.
• Build OTP-based dispatch verification process using SMS/email APIs.
• Produce client and administrator dashboards (orders, payments, tracking).
• Ensure responsive, mobile-first design with intuitive User experience.
• Set up updates (order verification, shipment, repayment reminders).
• Submit application Bubble confidentiality regulations and guard industry standards to protect user data.
• Collaborate with the feature lead to align design and processes with long-term roadmap.
• Offer recordkeeping and handover direction for future transition to a custom-coded operational base.

Credentials

• 3+ years demonstrated expertise building generation-grade apps on Bubble.io (marketplaces, financial technology, or e-commerce preferred).
• Solid understanding of Bubble processes, API connector, data systems, and custom states.
• Expertise with payment gateway integrations (Stripe, Paystack, Flutterwave, etc.).
• Understanding with OTP/SMS/email integrations and user authentication flows.
• Good eye for User interface/User experience; capability to execute mobile-responsive design without a devoted designer.
• Comprehension of data guard and confidentiality industry standards in Bubble (position-based entry, confidentiality regulations, encrypted fields).
• Clear expression, capability to operate under tight due dates, and comfort with efficient-moving nimble teams.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Expertise building financial technology flows (installments, repayments).
• Prior collaborate with merchant orientation portals or e-commerce channels.
• Understanding with African financial technology/payment ecosystem (Paystack, Flutterwave, Remita).
• Agreement Length: 1-2 months (starting MVP sprint; extension possible).
