Physics Tutor at TechEdu Consult in Abuja (FCT)

Role summary

To supply compelling, student-centered lessons in Physics that formulate learners’ scientific expertise, critical thinking, analytical abilities, and curiosity about the physical world, while getting ready them for within and outside the organization examinations.

Duties Training & Learning:

• Strategize organize, and supply premium quality Physics lessons in line with the syllabus (WAEC/NECO, IGCSE, IB, or [insert applicable syllabus]).
• Use diverse training plans, which includes practical strategic trials, exhibitions, ICT resources, and real-life applications, to make Physics compelling and relatable.
• Differentiate guidance to meet multifaceted learning needs and abilities.
• Organize lesson strategies, educational resources, and educational materials that motivate self-sufficient query.
• Combine cross-disciplinary STEM/STEAM initiatives where suitable.

Evaluation & Assessment:

• Design, manage, and grade classwork, tasks, projects, tests, and examinations.
• Deliver promptly, feedback criticism to students and parents/guardians.
• Preserve precise and updated document of student effectiveness and advancement.

Student Development:

• Motivate creativeness, curiosity, and issue resolution through practical strategic trials and projects.
• Train students for contests, science fairs, Olympiads, and other enrichment avenues.
• Assist students in getting ready for local and international standardized evaluations.

Qualifications

• At least a Bsc in Physics, Submitted application Physics, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• A Postgraduate Certification in educational studies (PGDE), B.Ed, or equivalent training certification is a plus.
• Specialist training accreditation (TRCN, QTS, etc.) preferred.
• At least 2–3 years training Physics at high school grade.
• Expertise getting ready students for WAEC/NECO/IGCSE/IB examinations preferred.
• Prior participation in extracurricular science/STEM programs is a plus.
