Position Overview

To lead the productive & precise development of the code necessary to generate the designed digital platforms through the oversight and synchronization of a team of developers and other participants inside the engineering department to guarantee that initiatives are fulfilled on time and on specification.

Duties

• Formulate software as per the authorized specification record, making sure that initiatives are generated in line with timelines stipulated in the project strategy.
• Assist the Head, Enterprise Software, during the formation of thorough requirements for initiatives to guarantee the generation of a clear, implementable specification record.
• Recognize and propose optimizations or upgrades to the methods or resources used to formulate software within Interswitch to support to an environment that fosters ongoing development and enhance team effectiveness.
• Analysis and analyze data, practices, and benchmarks applicable to digital goods/solutions design.
• Offer fault separation and solution to limit and handle concerns promptly.
• Assist entry-level team members by offering technical direction and mentoring to guarantee they supply the necessary quality.
• Ensure the development environment is stable and increase any concerns with the applicable participants in the Tech team to enable productive dispatch of code and reduce non-operational time.
• Analysis and suggest technical progress updates to enhance the quality of the website/portal/software and assisting structure to better meet users’ needs.
• Carry out running test of new goods/solutions to evaluate against defined capabilities, capability, and/or effect.
• Participate all stand-ups and other project-associated sessions as per the project strategy to documentation on advancement, handle any setbacks, and request support when necessary to guarantee on-time project dispatch.
• Assemble and show documentation on the advancement of various projects to guarantee that the Head Architect and other participants are kept abreast of all programs.

Expertise General Expertise:
