To offer proficiency, guidance, assist, documentation on, and head large scale / sophisticated stock chain initiative projects that optimises organisational full operational cycle consolidation and effectiveness, underpinned by Imperial/DP World’s logistics & supply capabilities.
The Top level Advisor is skilled in top cross-operational teams, carrying out evaluation, offering strategic guidance and direction towards the dispatch of strategic various large-scale stock chain initiatives projects.
Anticipated to operate closely with customers to comprehend their business needs, recognize avenues for advancement and functional visuals to optimise their stock chains.
Supervises and balance the qualifications between business targets and project qualifications.
Acknowledge practices, patterns, or themes in sophisticated data, and leverages expertise to solve sophisticated challenges.
Comprehends the value of project compliance, stakeholder engagement, business-related models, and coordinating project teams.

Grow Imperial/DP World customers and income.
Supervise quality of evaluation and initiative team's results.
Design the test structured approach and success evaluation benchmarks for value-chain advancement initiatives across various capabilities and regions.
Coordinate cross operational business advancement and initiatives development workshops.
Acquire and record customer qualifications to enable design of combined suit-for-objective enterprise services that enhance customer’s full operational cycle.
Assist management of potential customer pipeline by analyzing and certifying initiative directs.
Project group results management.
