Position Overview

The Medical laboratory technologist is in charge of executing a variety of laboratory tests to evaluate bodily fluids, which includes blood and urine, to diagnose diseases, track treatment advancement, and assess entire health. The scientist will carry out chemical evaluation and use improved laboratory instruments to identify and quantify substances in the samples.

Duties

• Execute chemical and biochemical evaluation of bodily fluids which includes blood, urine, and cerebrospinal fluid to identify and quantify parts, which includes enzymes, hormones, and metabolites.
• Analyze laboratory outcomes, recognize abnormalities, and offer precise diagnostic data to help clinicians in diagnosing diseases like diabetes, kidney disease, and metabolic disorders.
• Use expert laboratory tools and methods to execute tests and ensure precision and reliability of outcomes.
• Work alongside healthcare teams, which includes doctors, to discuss outcomes, offer findings, and support to patient management and treatment decisions.
• Ensure laboratory quality assurance in accordance with procedures, calibrating tools, and engaging in ongoing development and competence running test.
• Record and documentation findings precisely in pathology documentation and electronic health records.
• Engage in R & D initiatives to enhance running test methods and diagnostic methods in the chemical pathology site.

Credentials

• At least a B.MLS
• 1-3 years related experience
• Outstanding Hand-Eye Synchronization
• Competence in Office productivity software
• Clear expression, and people skills.
