Aesthetician at Kambi Cosmetics in Wuse 2, Abuja (Hybrid: Onsite consultations + Online sessions)

About the Position

We are looking for a proficient and driven Aesthetician to join our skincare organisation. The successful applicant will merge occupational competence in skin health with creativeness and clear expression competencies to supply both in-person and online discussions, produce compelling teaching content, and confidently organizer live sessions with customers. This position is preferred for someone who not only enjoys training others about skincare but also possesses demonstrated expertise in aesthetic practice, comprehends customer needs, and can build trust while supporting our product range in an genuine and specialist manner.

Primary duties

• Carry out in-person skin discussions and treatments for customers, offering personalized skincare evaluations and tailored strategic guidance.
• Organizer online discussions and virtual calls to extend customer entry to skincare proficiency.
• Produce and supply teaching content (posts, short videos, and live sessions) on:
• Different skin types (oily, dry, integration, sensitive, acne-prone).
• Safe and efficient skincare ingredients and routines.
• Our organisation’s skincare product range and its perks.
• Go live on the organization’s social platforms pages up to 3 times weekly to distribute skincare expertise, response customer questions, and advance goods in a trust-building manner.
• Formulate and execute regular on a weekly basis and every month content strategies that improve customer interaction and assist sales increase.
• Preserve precise records of discussions, product strategic guidance, and customer advancement.
• Serve as a corporate identity ambassador, building customer trust in our goods through education, outcomes, and competence.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years’ expertise as an Aesthetician or Skincare Expert, with practical meeting and treatment expertise.
• Solid understanding of skincare, skin types, terms, and ingredients.
• Exhibited capability to carry out both physical and online discussions productively.
• Assured, camera-friendly, and cozy organizing live sessions and interactive content.
• Proficient at producing compelling, informative, and visually appealing content.
• Outstanding interpersonal, information exchange, and schedule control competencies.
• Enthusiasm for skincare, customer education, and delivering visible outcomes.
• Must preserve a specialist appearance with healthy, professional in appearance skin, modeling trust in skincare procedures and goods.
• Accreditation or permit in Beauty therapy, Cosmetology, or relevant field is a plus.

Shift plan:

Adjustable timing (hybrid with up to 3 times weekly onsite) joining in-field customer discussions, content formation, and live sessions. Exact hours will be concluded and accepted upon with the team.
