Position Overview

We are looking for a proficient and meticulous Kastle Developer to assist, improve, and customize the Kastle Core Banking operational base. The successful applicant will collaborate with business participants, initiative architects, and Quality assurance teams to guarantee the dispatch of premium quality initiatives that match with the bank’s digital transformation targets.

Primary duties

• Formulate, customize, and preserve modules on the Kastle Core Banking.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to convert qualifications into operational and technical designs.
• Formulate integrations between Kastle and internal/external operational structures (through REST/SOAP APIs, ISO 8583, flat files, etc.).
• Formulate and enhance stored standardized processes, documentation, and batch roles on the Kastle DB (typically Oracle/SQL Steward).
• Diagnose issues and settle generation incidents and faults within SLA.
• Engage in upgrades, patching, running test, and execution of Kastle version releases.
• Offer IT assistance and expertise move to internal IT and assist teams.
• Verify that every development follows with adjustment management, guard, and compliance guidelines.
• Record all customizations, system processes, and setup modifications.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• 3–6 years of expertise in enterprise banking software development.
• At least 2 years of practical experience with Kastle Core Banking
• Skilled in:
• PL/SQL, Oracle or Microsoft SQL Steward
• Java, Dotnet or other middleware scripting resources used in Kastle consolidation
• Banking file data layouts like NIBSS/NAPS/NEFT/RTGS/ISO 20022/ISO 8583
• Kastle-associated frameworks (e.g., Product Factory, Lending modules, CASA, GL, Treasury)
• Understanding with CI/CD resources, acquire regulate (e.g., Git), and deploying methods.
• Practical understanding of banking processes and adherence frameworks.
