Position Overview

• As part of our growth plan, we are looking for an skilled Top level Backend engineer to join our tech team.
• The preferred candidate should possess 6+ years of industry experience in conceptualizing enterprise applications, with robust competence in a minimum of two of Node.js, Java, and C-Sharp.
• You will also bring practical experience operating with Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Steward, and MySQL databases, along with the capability to design ability to scale and secure initiatives through initiative architecture procedures.
• This position is both practical and strategic — you’ll be anticipated to compose generation-quality code while also supporting to system architecture, training, and leading the technical direction of our projects.

Primary duties

• Design, formulate, and preserve ability to scale backend operational structures and APIs for enterprise-grade applications.
• Offer resolution architecture input, making sure operational structures are secure, performant, and maintainable.
• Work alongside frontend developers, Development-operations engineers, and PMs to supply comprehensive initiatives.
• Work extensively with Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Steward, and MySQL, concentrating on productive data modeling, stored standardized processes, and effectiveness optimization.
• Execute industry standards for coding, architecture, guard, and running test.
• Head code assessments, architecture discussions, and system design sessions.
• Train entry-level developers and support to building a top-performing engineering culture.
• Assist CI/CD pipelines, Development-operations procedures, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ensure reliability and scalability of operational structures through supervising, data recording, and effectiveness benchmarking.

Credentials

Education: Bsc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field (MSC will be an added advantage) Expertise: At least 6+ years of backend development in enterprise environments.

Specialized abilities:

• Competence in a minimum of two of: Node.js, Java, and C-Sharp.
• Robust DB proficiency with Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Steward, and MySQL.
• Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, modular, independently deployable services architecture, and communication tone operational structures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Demonstrated expertise with initiative architecture — system design, consolidation patterns, and scalability.
• Understanding with cloud channels (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise with CI/CD pipelines, Git processes, and automated running test.

Interpersonal abilities:

Outstanding solution-oriented capability, clear expression, executive guidance, and training competencies.

Nice to Possess:

• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Expertise in event-driven architectures and instantaneous operational structures.
• Expertise with GraphQL or gRPC.
• Specialist qualifications (e.g., AWS Enterprise solutions architect, Azure Enterprise solutions architect).
