Position Overview

This is a permanent role inside the Long-term viability and Climate Adjustment Unit to assist the implementation of long-term viability and climate adjustment projects. The successful applicant will play a main responsibility in assisting our customers in dealing with their long-term viability and climate hurdles. This position requires a deep knowledge of long-term viability principles, climate science, and related sector industry standards.

Project Assist:

  • Assist the development and execution of long-term viability projects e.g long-term viability plans, which includes net-zero transition strategies, climate adjustment plans, and long-term viability status updates.
  • Help in the project setup of proposals, demonstrations, and documentation for customers.
  • Carry out data evaluation and formulate data visualizations to convey sophisticated long-term viability information productively.
  • Assist customer interaction initiatives, which includes workshops, demonstrations, and participant interviews.
  • Support to the development of creative long-term viability initiatives for customers across various sectors.

Credentials

  • Bsc in Ecological Science, Long-term viability or a relevant field.
  • MSC in a applicable field (e.g., Economics, Ecological Science, Long-term viability, Business Management) preferred.
  • 3+ years of industry experience in long-term viability advising, ecological management, or a relevant field.
  • Deep knowledge of long-term viability principles, climate science, and related sector industry standards (e.g., GHG Procedure, GRI Guidelines, TCFD).
  • Outstanding logical, issue resolution, and quantitative competencies.
  • Competence in data evaluation and visualization resources (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Robust documented and spoken communication, visual communication, and people skills.
  • Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment.
  • Robust project coordination and planning abilities.
  • Expertise with long-term viability status updates guidelines e.g., GRI, SASB, IFRS long-term viability disclosure guidelines.
